The purposes for which the Association is formed are
Specifically and primarily:
to provide an organization consisting of the co-owners of the tracts of land situated in the YO Ranchlands, a Subdivision of record in Kerr County, Texas, (the "Project") in order to provide for the management, maintenance, preservation of wildlife, and architectural control of the Project and more particularly described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the "Declaration") recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, State of Texas, in the Real Property Records
