2003 Amendment of Declaration

This amendment was voted on and approved by the members of the YO Landowners Association in September 2003.

These Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions run with the land and place restrictions on the use of the land.  Current and potential land owners are advised to review this document carefully as it may effect their ability to use this property in the way that they plan.
